Develop a Web App: Domain Name Generator

We need a developer who can develop a simple web application. It is a free Domain Name Generator that helps people to find good domains for their website or business.
The web app will be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], however, it will be easier to develop as we are not using algorithms to generate the domain suggestions.
The design has already been created. Software Requirements Specification has been written. We will integrate with 3 APIs. No payment processor etc. is required, we monetize the web app through affiliate links.
Not fixed on specific programming languages.
For safety reasons the program code becomes our property and needs to be handed out in full after we sent the final payment. All work is done on our server. You will be protected through milestone payments.
Budget is $1,000. We will discuss an additional price for maintenance / updates.
