Web design for translation website

The website is 90% finished. I need someone that has experienced in Asian and Arab languages web development. I need web pages built for these languages. I already have the translations done. I need someone that can build the html pages with these languages. You will need experience in Flash as well. I have the source file for the flash header, but you will need to translate the flash header as well. You will have to build your html files for the translations to be an exact replica of the site. PLEASE ONLY FULL TIME WEB DEVELOPERS REPLY TO THIS PROJECT. I need good communication on this project. I don't need someone who is only available 3-4 hours a day because they work another full time job. I have a deadline on this project.
