Hello I attached user interface of my project with some comment to understand. my project about door access card Request. there is login for security I will create for each user ,then the user will changed. enter employee ID >> data will automatic fill and the rest by requester. pending request. Example: if the employee want access card for 4 doors for different department. the doors are ER ICU HR L & D the employee first must have approve from his dept. then approve from doors dept. the request will go for each door [login to view URL] ER [login to view URL] must dis\approve ICU [login to view URL] must dis\approve HR [login to view URL] must dis\approve L &D [login to view URL] must dis\approve after the request complete and no pending the admin will make the last decision. see the UI and will understand more. thank you note: this for graduate project
