Hi I'm a freelance Access/vba developer with over 20 years experience. I'v e built literally hundreds of databases over the course of my career. Your database sounds perfect for what I'm looking for. I've actually built a few quiz programs but for fun rather than for a business. Stock control, kanban, JIT delivery, adjustments through parts or multiple parts, BOM's, you name it, I've created it. My form building using vba is excellent. I've built some truly amazing filters and search functions, adaptive drop down lists based in previous criteria add, I can even perform a drag and drop function using x,y coordinates over a transparent form. I'm based in Birmingham so I'd be prepared to visit if you're within a commutable distance? I'm looking after my two young children during the day but come 4pm I can work till midnight every day. I test, document (where necessary) and provide feedback on exactly how I've designed something so if you wish to pick up the reigns afterwards you can. I'd prefer to discuss over the phone before I can make an accurate quote. I've been forced (not sure why) to quote £18p/h but again for a large project I may go cheaper. I've created a game like this. I am an expert in MS Access with 15 years experience including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL. I would enjoy helping you think thru the game you're designing. The game I created also used a random number to create market changes. I created a game that allowed people to choose to be the bank, a manufacturer or retailer. The users would select their option, then create a business plan based on their beginning finances. They would borrow or lend money, buy or manufacture products and calculate operating expenses.
