Microsoft Access - Summary Report based on multiple input sources 2

I'm looking to get assistance in building out an Access report that reads data from a few different tables/queries (all contained within the same database). I'll try my best to explain it here: It is a bank data report based on prior day and 2 days prior information. I'm currently importing 3 files for this: a file containing balances, another file containing transactions and one more file containing some detail of electronic transactions. From these imported files, I need to have some of the transactions labelled automatically based on the descriptor in the transaction and others I need to be nil so I can free-form type it in each time. Then, I want to merge all of that data into one summary report. Here is a sample of the data: Check #1: $1.00 Check #2: $2.00 Should automatically summarize the word "Check" and a sum of $3.00 one one line. Electronic Transaction: $1.00 Electronic Transaction: -2.00 Should not summarize the words because one is a negative and one is a positive. Should automatically put in a Description of Electronic Transaction for both. Electronic Transaction Return: $5.00 Electronic Transaction Return: $4.00 Electronic Transaction Return: $1.00 Should not summarize the words because the amounts are different and will need to be allocated out differently. If anyone can help me with this as well as explain how it was done, please let me know and give me an idea of cost. I will be running this every day and will need to understand how to support it should something break. I'm not incredibly proficient in SQL, but can muddle through. Thanks, Mandy
