VB Multiple Router Configuration

I'm looking for a visual basic application (VB.NET 2008) that will create and upload a configuration file to a router based upon information retrieved from a remote Oracle database. The process flow will be as follows, - User enters unique reference number - Application connects to Oracle database and runs a query based upon the unique reference number which will return username, password, SSID and route type. This information will then be used to create an XML based configuration file. Connect to router which is attached to a windows XP machine on a dedicated network card via HTTP (port 80). The computer will also be attached a LAN / WAN, therefore the NIC that the application uses to communicate with the router must be set within the configuration of the application Upload XML file using HTTP connection Wait for configuration to be applied / router to re-boot Check modified configuration to confirm success or failure back to user Notes - Details of all steps to be recorded in a log file, single log file for each day. No deletion required - Oracle connection settings need to maintainable in the application - Application errors must be recorded in a log file which gets deleted / overwritten on a daily basis - Feedback needs to be given to user at all stages in the process - Router configuration should conform to TR-064 specification ([login to view URL]) - the solution should be able to manage multiple configuration templates - source code should be well commented - We will be the sole owner of the code and you will have no right to re-use the code for other projects - The main application window should have a section that constantly monitors the status of the specified NIC and reports back whether the router is connected or not Please ensure that sufficient time is factored into the bid to allow you to perform sufficient testing. A fully working application must be delivered. I would be looking for any bidder to provide a small but functional VB.NET example to prove experience and quality.
