XML Reader exe - repost

I need a simple executable. When launched it does the following: 1) Windows browse button - Users clicks and chooses a folder. 2) Read 3 named XML files in the folder. 3) For each file, loop through XML tags and find the highest value and display on screen. The XML files are used to display chart data. It has X and Y coordinates as values in the XML [login to view URL] combination is plotted on the graph on a different application. We need to display the peak value on screen. 4) Add a print screen button.
