Design of mockup for a minisite

We need a web designer to design in html a simple minisite inside our website. Spanish speakers is a must. First I will pay 20$ for a mockup of the home and if we like the design and want to continue working with you, we will pay adittional $350. The minisite will basically present the events and parties during our mardi grass season. We have an old site made in Flash that you can take a look for reference: [login to view URL] Even though the minisite will not be in flash, you can have an idea of the content and menus it must have. The minisite will have 4 sections/menus plus 2 addittional pages which are Home and Zonas: - Home - Margarita de día - Margarita de noche - Eventos - Información general - Zonas The home of this minisite must present information of the latest events, concerts, etc. It must also have a column with the tittle ZONAS, here we will list diferent logos of our sponsors (smirnoff, red bull, etc) and Once a user clicks on a logo, it will take him to a page with the events especifically for the client. The pages must also have a space for publicity. It can be 2 spaces of 120x240.
