Deisngers wanted

Hello, ? ? I am a coder here on RAC. I develop mainly Flash and desktop applications. Although my programming skills are good, my design skills are often amateurish looking. ? ? I am looking for someone who can either create their own design ideas based on the functionality of my applications or can fulfill the requirements of clients. ? ? I suppose if you have a flare for design, but either don't know Flash or are not a strong programmer, you would be a good candidate. It would also help if you have either an excellent or very good rating on RAC. ? ? I would also be open to providing work for designers who want to do Flash and desktop jobs.
