Create CSS Of ScreenShots and apply on ASPX Page

We need a beautiful design (theme something like to [login to view URL]) of the screen shots attached , in fact its is small wizard application having multiple steps as shown in the screenshots , I think not all screen shots will require to be cut into html , as some steps are simply table have lables on right and Text boxes /Controls on the other site. The Design Work does not include : a)Header,Footer, Menu ( No need create Header,Footer ,menu.,Flash etc ) It is small Costing Calculator .., Only need to create CSS in such a manner that the Controls do not move .. When data is Filled ! in aspx page I will give aspx page also . No Coding Needs to be done ... Sorry for the Line before I have already done the design .., but I some thing very professional , a design which works in all web browsers .., .. You see these buttons Printing , Metalization ,foiling ..Small DataEntry Screen open to give input for Costing Please check the Screen shots which were attached with bid .. When we click on these Buttons ..a panel opens which has sometimes only 3 fields and sometimes 15-16 fields .., So , If you create CSS .., most of the screens are data entry sreen .., One Side Label and other side Textbox or drop down etc. This is Costing Calculator , Not a fashion garment website where all pages will have some different design .. The out put must be giving in aspx having asp.net controls . we are very open to ideas and design concepts , One remember this wizard has fixed steps and all images are of same screen opening on click event This software have two versions (Desktop and web ) , we need to make web version so beautiful that our clients give us more work and so it give to you too. ## Deliverables We will highly appreciate if the out put can be giving in aspx or ascx having asp.net controls . All the screen shots shows step by step process of running this application . Most parts of the wizards move ahead by clicking on buttons . There fore after every click on the button we get a screen pop up . However in our case we will be using web based view change to show each step . Please check the screen shots and ask any questions before you actually start work , We have very tight schedule to complete the application . Take your creative time , but do not delay due to any other reason .
