Animated Science Figure

I have a science figure that I have created. I want to animate the figure so that it can be put on my website. I want the figure to be doing random type of activites on the website like walking, waving and talking to people who visit my site. I also want the figure to be able to talk when I type in the text. I also want to have 5 male cartoon voice choices. ## Deliverables I also want the words that he is speaking to appear in an idea bubble above his head so that people who can't hear can read what he is thinking, but I want to be able to turn off this option if I choose. When the figure is walking, he actually needs to move across the screen and re enter from the other side. The science man needs to have numbers floating around him so that he also looks like he could be a math and science man.
