Zoom Meeting/Webinar Technical Support - 01/05/2018 02:42 EDT

I provide live tech support to clients during their webinars. My business is growing and I am bringing on additional team members. For this project, I need a tech support person familiar with Zoom who will support a client during a live webinar on Tuesday, May 8th at 8:30pm Eastern. Specifically, you will log into Zoom with the client a half hour before their webinar (8:00pm) to confirm that the client understands how to use the platform. During the webinar (which is actually a Zoom meeting), the client will make you a co-host and you will be in charge of muting/unmuting participants and answering participant questions in the chat. You will also add the link to the client's sales offer to the chat at the appropriate time. Finally, if any technical issues arise, you will resolve them and report them to me. The client's webinar is a maximum of 90 minutes. Your total time is 2 hours, plus a preliminary meeting with me to confirm you are aware of how the platform works. You will log in using special credentials that I will provide so that my company name is displayed. There is the possibility for similar ongoing work.
