Hi, I am looking for a virtual assistant preferably someone who lives in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia who can take some load out of my shoulder as a CEO to allow me to focus on other things. The candidate will be working with me on a daily basis remotely for 2-3 hours a day minimum to do several tasks within digital marketing, office admin, coordination, relationships management, and e-commerce operation management. *Tasks will include:* Respond to emails and phone calls in Arabic and English Schedule meetings Work with me on some spreadsheets Handle some marketing tasks through social media, google ads, and different campaigns Organize my’ calendars Perform market research Create presentations, as assigned Execute delegated tasks from CEO The candidate will also benefit from being part of a high growth startup learning from the CEO and being involved with him in different tasks Skills required: xcellent time management skills. Knowledge of online tools and software. Ability to learn new tools quickly. Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills. Highly organized. A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines. Web research and file organization prepare meeting minutes

I do not think there is anything from the list that would be impacted by my location except phone calls but I maybe we can make it work.
