Virtual Assistant for Startup

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help with day to day tasks of a startup business. You will be assisting mostly on business tasks and a few personal items on rare occasion. This job will be on an hourly as needed basis, but will scale to 10+ hours and more as you successfully prove your abilities. As we are looking for a permanent team member to join us, your pay and working hours will increase as our startup business grows and becomes more profitable. Business tasks will include: -Web research -Data entry -Calendar scheduling -Monitoring and responding to email -Making phone calls through Skype -Posting projects on freelancing sites -Being the main point of contact for other freelancers Personal tasks might include: -Sending reminders of upcoming birthdays of family and friends -Researching and suggesting gifts -Sending follow up or thank you notes -Online shopping on rare occasion -Performing web research on miscellaneous topics Requirements for this position: -Perfect written and spoken English -Reliable and fast internet connection (fast enough for voice and video calls) -Very quick to respond.
