Hello, Thank you for this opportunity. Yes I'm organized, very caring, not much social networking savvy, however my current work requires me to be on Facebook and replying to customer queries and yes I'm fun loving. Kindly consider me to support you. My current project: Replying to customer emails (Tracking details, Refund/cancellation, Exchange product etc) using Zendesk for a UK based company/online store which is based on Shopify. Also managing a team along with their 5 stores which includes communicating with supplier as well.
