Virtual Assistant: Basic SEO Knowledge Preferred

Looking for a general personal assistant to help with a few projects, some may involve SEO. We are a quickly growing edtech company. Our team has always been distributed and worked remotely. We're seeking another team member to join our team as a virtual assistant. We need someone from Latin America with fluent English. You will work closely with Chief Operating Officer (COO) and our Project Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITES: Maintain appointments/calendar. Email management and customer follow-ups. New customer documentation and follow up. CRM administration: updates and data entry. Basic WordPress updates Prospect inspection of link building opportunities Project Management Assistance KEY ATTRIBUTES: Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. Extremely self-motivated with strong time management. Proactive, pragmatic, and resourceful problem solver. Trustworthy and reliable. Friendly and professional communicator. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts. Ability to anticipate the needs of others coupled with a strong desire to serve. Adaptable. Conversational English, though your manager can communicate in Spanish. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working remotely preferred. Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 15 to 20 hours/week. Experience in an administrative support role. In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb A fast and reliable internet connection. Quiet work environment
