Mindmaven is looking for people with the potential to be an amazing Executive Assistant. We're headquartered in California (in that town with the beautiful bridge), but the job’s location can be anywhere around the world. This is a part-time job with the potential to become full time. Your work will mostly be web and phone-based. Hours of work will be based on US-West coast time. All training and work will be done wherever you are, but you need to have your computer and the ability to keep it running. Responsibilities: Task and Time Management -Record all tasks assigned and performed -Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks Meeting Management -Create follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting owner -Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database -Add or update calendar items Management of Contact Database -Enter new contact information -Update existing contact information -Log value activities performed by contact owner -Track all Action items -Invite new contacts to LinkedIn -Accept LinkedIn invitations Research management: -Perform various internet based research -Perform prospect research Writing: -Create email drafts for the folks you work for -Creation of text templates Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job. I am a master holder in nuclear engineering so time management and replying mails is so easy for me. I am fluent in English and I currently live in US and I have direct contact with american natives on a daily bases, so making calls in English is perfect for me. I've worked in customer service for 2 years so communication and handling customers is familiar for me. my writing level is excellent, through my studies I had to submit reports and thesis in technical writing.
