We need skilled Freelancer customer service agent answering Tickets (emails), Facebook messages and Live Chat messages from our shopping website in both Arabic and English, Customer This job requires 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, followed by a shift arrangement. This is a long term position . Skills 1. Proficient Arabic Speaker (native level) 2. Fluent English 3. Good communication skills, especially in written format 4. Customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Our HR department will contact you to arrange an video interview. The most suitable candidates will be selected.
