I have seventeen (17 yrs) Years experience as a customer service representative with my previous employment at Federal Express (where i was trained on customer service/American office procedures) and Fargo Electronic Jamaica based in Minnesota U.S.A. I was also a provisional customs broker at both companies; duties include customer service procedures such as handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-in customer inquiries.
My internet speed test is a average 11.15 to 15.34 Mbps. Ping 9ms.
I do full time customer service, Tech support, we schedule appointments, Emails, faxes, call follow-ups to ensure accurate professional customer care experience.
So this project should not be a problem.
