I have 6 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. I've experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection with customers is not easy and it's even harder when there are no physical or verbal cues to follow. I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone, email and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner. I also make sure that I addressed all customer concerns without lacking empathy. I'm very familiar with Zendesk and Freshdesk systems that are commonly used for email support tasks. I also have 6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant for an E-commerce company and was responsible for their Social Media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and in charge of content moderation, order fulfillment/refund processing (via Shopify), and customer service.
My other working experiences are from Uber US (email support) for 2 years, Optus (AU based/chat support) for 1 year 1 month, Barclays (UK based/phone support) for 6 months and Willam Hill Online (UK based/chat support) for 1 year 2 months.
