(Americans Only, East Coast) Take Delivery of a Box and Hand the Envelopes Inside to USPS

We manufacture stickers and sell to the US via Amazon, our UK to US postal service for single large letters is an absolute nightmare, our products go missing all of the time.
I am looking for someone in the US, (East Coast preferably or near) that can take delivery of a box of A4 letter sized envelopes, open and hand the prepaid envelopes to the USPS for us, twice weekly.
The boxes are never more than 15lbs.
We currently use a person in Maine, however due to the weather, we get delays. We also pay him $10.00 for every box he hands to the USPS for us.
