*** LOCATION AND LANGUAGE *** You must live in Montenegro, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Serbia and be a native speaker of Bosnian and/or Serbian and/or Croatian. Yes I know that all three are essentially dialects of the same language. *** JOB SUMMARY *** I have a short-term administrative project for a *man* (not a woman) who lives in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Serbia. *** PLEASE SEE MY FEEDBACK ON FREELANCER.COM *** Please see my feedback on Freelancer.com. I hope that it will increase your interest in working with me. *** PAYMENT *** I intend to pay you for each hour you work for me. I intend to escrow the money for you with Freelancer.com. *** VERIFYING HOURS WORKED *** How will I know how many hours you actually had worked for me? You will create a "screencast" [login to view URL] when you work for me so that I can easily verify the work you have performed for me. *** NECESSARY EQUIPMENT *** You must have a laptop (or desktop) computer with a camera and microphone, or a smartphone, which are capable of running an application such as WhatsApp, Google Duo, Skype, or similar. Also, you must have high speed internet access so that you would be able to conduct (or make) good quality video (and audio) calls. *** HOURS PER WEEK AND TOTAL DURATION *** I am not sure how long this job (gig) will last. Probably not very long. Maybe five hours. Maybe twenty hours. The hours would probably not be concentrated. The hours would probably be spread across several weeks. You might work three hours one week and then one hour the next two weeks. I do not know. *** LONGER JOB DESCRIPTION *** I want you to interview engineers for me who live in Montenegro, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Serbia in Bosnian or Serbian or Croatian. Engineers? Yes. Engineers. Each interview will be a video call (probably on Google Duo, Skype, or Whatsapp) that will last approximately five minutes. Please do not worry, you do *not* need to have any engineering knowledge whatsoever. Instead, I will supply you with a list of questions to ask the candidates. Perhaps you are thinking, "This sounds weird." I agree. It does sound weird. See, I want to ensure that each applicant (each engineer) applies only one time. In other words, I do not want a particular applicant to apply more than once. The video you create of your five minute interview will provide me with the identity of each particular applicant thereby enabling me to prevent each candidate you have interviewed from applying more than one time. *** WHY A MAN FOR THIS JOB? WHY NOT A WOMAN? *** Sure, you would be interviewing engineers. They would probably be well-mannered. But I feel uncomfortable about having a woman speak with strange men on video calls. In the unlikely event that one of these men were to act inappropriately, I would feel like I had put a woman in a somewhat vulnerable position unnecessarily.
