I would like to hire a Videographer

I want a 40 sec video, which comprises of 4-5 3 sec videos and then some screenshots and voice explaining in background, video should be clear pixels and can easily play, should not be too heavy, good editing and joining, will be played in facebook advert and youtube and website and apps.. want local freelancers for it, i am in gurgaon... will be a 2-3 hrs of schedule max.
