Video Advertisement - Canada Only

I am looking for someone who has experience in Political Content / Advertising platform. Specifically, you must have experience in creating content for marketing political campaign for social media (website / FB). Don't have specific requirement but I am looking for someone who has worked on creating scripts for 30 second spots (e.g. whiteboard, animation, explainer videos, etc.) In this case, the scripts need to be school / educational topic related dealing specific to my school district. We can discuss to see what options do you offer and can work on during the discussion. I am looking for someone that has done previous work in creating content (whiteboard, ex-plainer or animated videos) . Adobe Premiere Pro is most likely required. Would prefer if you had an Adobe Suite Account, but would consider buying there Monthly online version for you to use during the project.
