Two cuts to a video and logo insertion at front

I would like my interview in a video cut out from the main video, so just my two talking bits starting at time 2.38 and ending at 4.17, and starting at 4.31 and ending at 4.58 put together. At the very front before the interview I would like the company logo of the business on a screen then go straight to me talking. The final cut should be sent to my dropbox. I can share the video via dropbox.
