Short Video with Animated Letters

Hi,
My client needs a short 12 second video to music that I will provide. The wants to use the video on websites as an ad and to be able to share it.
Is it possible to add music to a gif?
Otherwise, I am thinking Flash or After Effects.
1920x1080 screen size but may need to shrink it down.
I will attach the audio and the menu that I designed for him. He likes things simple. But for the video, I am picturing something with some impact. We can try the basic letters first and show him and then see if he wants something more complicated.
Text in the video, getting larger and fading in from black.
Black background. Orange and Red letters.
"Spicy"
"Burgers" (with fat letters like the menu)
"Delivered"
"The Next Big Thing!"
And that's it.
