To Recover the Clarity of Words on bottom right-hand portion of Video

Task: To Recover the Clarity of Words on bottom right-hand portion of video Background: After video recording was done by a programmer, as he was coding his programming project, the words at the bottom right--hand corner of his screen, where he was typing in Visual Studio, cannot be read, except by him as he was working at his terminal. And the old programmer is no longer contactable, so I don't know what screen resolution and screen dimensions he was previously using to record his screen as he works. So the task is to make the bottom-right hand corner of the screen where he was typing words in Visual Studio be legible and be readable, so I can know at least what he was typing in. Appended is a sample video clip, of only 51 seconds, ie below a minutes, and a screenshot to show the difficulty o reading (ie. can't see what the bottom right-hand corner's words were, as the video plays). Any solution? If you show you manage to recover a small sample of his words, I will award the project to you. Need: Proof you can handle this problem. In total, there are between 4-6 hours of such videos, so just have to recover the clarity so that the words can be read legibly, be clear, and not look distorted,.
