I would start the project by creating a list of all exterior details to get a complete understanding of the scope of work that will be required of me. I would then communicate with you to make sure I will be provided exactly expecting. I will then create a 3D modal to full scale with all exterior physical features minus color and textures. At his point I will send it to you via a video showing all sides of the modal. Once this has been approved I will add the color, texture, shading, and surroundings. few questions, Do you have the cad file for the home? Do you have a plot plan showing any vegetation? Do you have picks of the location this is to e built on? Is there a color and material specification sheet or information for the exterior?
