*Please No time wasters. **I am seeking someone that would be able to have this finished within the shortest amount of time. I have a pretty good idea of what I want, you just need to create it. I am looking for someone to create me a 10-15 second video explaining how to obtain finance. Music needs to be played in the background so its nothing too difficult but would love a great finish that would surely capture someones attention from the start. I need a video that would grab the viewers attention to press play. I also have wording which needs to go on the video. Thanks
