Explain Video - process change for on ground staff

Hi everyone,
We are an organization which has an on-ground staff of 500 people. We are making some process changes which we would like to build in an explainer video. The video would just be explaining the process change happening to people with minimal explanation (10th pass). We are willing to explore voice overs in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu apart from English and Hindi.
Explainer background should just be aligned to what is being spoken.
