Create a video on Disruptive Innovation

I need to build a creative video to be part of a Finance Department conference about "Expectations about the challenges for Finance Department to promote disruptive innovation." The video length must be between 30 to 45 seconds. Our current challenge at the Company is to transform ourselves into a creative Company and this comes also to Finance Department. Find new solutions, questioning the status quo, looking for innovative tool and reinventing ourselves. My expectation with this video is to bring to the team in a very simple and creative way what Disruptive Innovation is and then what are the challenges, attitudes and tools we could use daily to bring it into our reality. I was firstly thinking on compiling several videos from the internet, but I´m not a good movie maker/editor.
