We are looking for a Chat Application which should be having features of Whatsapp, Video Calling, Group Video Calling, Locate nearby friends, Payment Transfer through mobile number using third party service of any payment gateway provider.
Users should be able to create their account for chatting with somebody using their mobile number only.
No email i.d is required to signup the account.
There should be an admin account which could monitor and control the user accounts.
There should be an option for users to invite their friends of various social media platforms.
There should be an option of Snapchat which should be optional, by which if any user upload any video or images then it should be deleted after 24 hours.
There should be an option of open chat, group chat, private chat.
Private chat should be otp enabled.
Group can have members of more than 500 users.
Admin should know the current location of all the users and for that gps facility can be installed in the app.
There should be a panic button, if any user click on that panic button then it should be connected to local police means Dial 100.
Initial development should be made for atleast 1 Lac users in first month.
There should be an option for users to upload files upto 100 MB Size.
There should be an option to see preview of pictures and videos without downloading the files.
Video calling and chat should be faster.
Server should be based in India only.
Source code will be our property only.
Design and developed will be the part of developer only.
