Basic Video Editing in Sony Vegas

Looking for video editor to work with long term. This is a simple test project. Need basic post-production work of a 27 minute Management/HR video that will be used in a How To courses on DVD. Video consists solely of headshot of talent speaking directly to camera, with solid color background (not green screen), and Over the Should text to emphasize key points. Similar to a newscast, but in more of a college lecture style. Footage is already in Sony Movie Studio Platinum version 12, with lower third, basic animated intro, music intro and outro, etc. We have used Vegas for years and are fairly competent with it, but would like to outsource to someone with experience using Vegas on other projects to take over basic post production work such as editing fades between scenes, transitions times and effects of text, graphics, etc. No Rendering. This project will simply be you taking a Vegas file already done and making it look more professional and adding a little artistic flare to it. This is a simple and easy task for anyone who knows what they’re doing. A satisfactory job on this project may lead to more in the future. This sample project is essentially an “audition” to find the right person for more projects.
