Video Producer for UCLA introduction video

I am looking to hire a freelance video producer to shoot and edit a 10-15 minute video at the UCLA campus which will profile UCLA Law School, including an interview of a UCLA Law student. The intended date of the video shoot is June 2020. The video would be uploaded to various social media channels. The type of freelancer would be someone who has experience with shooting and editing 10-minute YouTube videos (especially "vlogs") on professional cameras (not smartphones), who is based in or can travel to Los Angeles. I am a self-employed tutor and law school admissions consultant, and I focus on helping my clients with their law school applications. I want to give my clients a sense of what to expect when they come to America to study by shooting videos of popular schools and interviewing my contacts who attend school there. However, I am not familiar with video shooting so I would prefer to have someone with experience shoot and edit the video for me.
