Edit a video and replace visual with images

Hi Really quick simple one for the right person. We have a 9 minute testimonial type video, which we need cut to around 5 minute, so I'll give you sections to take out i.e. 1.37 - 2. 45 or whatever. We then need in a couple of place the visual replace with some before and after images, so just a lightly coloured background slide with 2 images. The audio needs to continue, then the video visual returns 15 seconds later, this happens twice. That's it, very quick literally less than an hours works for a experienced editor. Please no stupid bids, if I see your hourly rate is $15 and you bid $100 then that's clearly wasting my time. This will lead to other similar and more in depth editing in the future. Happy Bidding.
