About the job
We are creating a new show! An epic exploration of possibilities. science FICTION series OF hypothetical worlds and possibilities, some in distant corners of the universe, others right here on Earth. We are looking for a talented Video Producer to help us bring these epic adventures to life. This is a remote, full-time contract.
Ideal candidate
ABOUT YOU:
You are creative and detail-oriented You have a strong reel that accurately reflects your video editing skills You are passionate about digital video and understand the ins and outs of YouTube as a platform You are staying on top of the latest trends and best practices in the YouTube space You have a keen eye for creative content and create videos that resonate with audiences You are receptive to feedback and communicate clearly You have excellent time-managing skills and ability to prioritize effectively Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Experience producing videos for YouTube Knowledge of After Effects, including tools like Element3D, VC Orb, Mocha Ability to efficiently work remotely without direct supervision Ability to communicate effectively and timely, working as part of a team Bonus points if you are interested in space and sci-fi.
Job requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create engaging, high-quality with the help of VFX content for YouTube
Put scenes together inside Adobe Premiere Pro based on the storyboard provided Select the music and sound effects to match the tone of each video Request additional cinematic renders from Unreal Engine Artist whenever it benefits the video Make creative video editing decisions Develop your own Essential Graphics Create explainer graphics in Adobe After Effects Solve creative and technical problems Implement changes based on Showrunner’s feedback

**How do we chose a winner**
Must provide a channel trailer in the same format as the sample video based on the following script and sample video:
No voice over required for now just appropriate background music and the content. Video must be 1:30 to 1:45 mins long.
