Hire a User Interface / IA Designer

I have a new web project ready to start in a week or two that will require a skilled UX designer. This private database driven website is specific to the commodities industry (no experience necessary) and will be addressing a very specific industry issue. The UX designer will need to work with the project manager to design the pages and deliver them in pdf format for approval. Once signed off, work with the development and test teams to ensure the delivered project is as designed. The site will consist of between 6 to 10 pages with various pop-ups (to be determined) to enable users to add specific details relating to contracts to the system. There will be summary screens showing an overview of each individual's contracts as well as relationships to other users contracts. All pages will be responsive and designs for each will be required. In addition there will be a login/registration page and some back end administration regarding permissions and sending registration invitations. What skills do you need: * Minimum of 5 years professional UX experience. * Evidence of designing database driven websites. * Ability to deliver designs in pdf format and all assets in a format useable by developers. * Creation of style guidelines documentation for developers to follow. * Ability to think UX problems through and present clear options including recommended solutions. * Ability to work with developers and testers * Ability to assess a developer's output and send clear 'snag' lists. * Good sense of humor and bringing a sense of enjoying what you do.
