The App would include the following features: HTML5/Phonegap or other hybrid cross platform frameworks so as to work in major platforms. Facebook API integration Probably No artwork(other than icon) Advertising Integration Ability to Connect Random Users (matches) Slick looking UI Aviary or other Photo editor integration and ability to Merge/Join Images Push Notification/One time data transfer(No server storage) between devices though Backend services via 3rd party like Parse etc Developer/Designer who are accustomed with the above skills, Please bid and I will start a chat based on it.
