Hi there I've read your descriptive and understand that you want a mechanism developed in Unity3D that allows you to connect and communicate with phpMyAdmin services hosted(database, php engine) on your server. This is entirely possible with Unity3D using the C# networking APIs or even the Unity's new WebRequest APIs. I've had experience in the past with Web APIs integration in Unity as well as creating and using RESTful APIs in Unity ( Firebase SSO, Microsoft cognitive services, DevOps APIs etc). Although the project description is a too short but To give you a glance of what I can do for you: 1) Implement core mechanism in Unity to allow you to pass and retrieve information to and from the server. 2) Write php code if required to make a secure communication bridge between client and the database hosted on the server side . 3) Create a parsing mechanism through Regex or any other way to extract data from the server response. 3) Wire up UI events to the code to achieve user driven behaviour, if required. 4) Make any changes you require or add new features.
