We import waste material (non-hazardous) from Ukraine to Romania but was stopped at the custom due to incorrect type of Annex. They supposed that this is hazardous material - we did few expertizes and get the general characterization of the material + correct the Annex VII. Need a professional lawyer to solve this question as our material is provely non-hazardous and we wanted to legally import it to Romania. Russian language will be a plus.
