Looking for translators!

Dear Freelancers, I would like to have some plan to make some cooperation with number of qualified freelancers to finish hundreds-or-thousands of future translation projects. Are you qualified to be with them? I'll let you know. Actually, I will create this team because I was invited in and got projects so often by clients which I can't do the translation of requested languages properly. So, for me, it's so reasonable to create this team from now on. Regarding to these words, I would apologize for all who bid on my projects issued by me like this before, because I was constructing the suitable system of teamwork for this project. About the system of payment, I would like to let you know that we will work as Freelancer-to-Freelancer, not Freelancer-to-Employer, I won't employ you, but I just want you to help me to do translation tasks those I get. So, don't over-expect the payment because YOU WILL BE PAID THROUGH ONE METHOD: WORD RATE PROJECTS: The payment will be 0.010 USD per WORD count. I repeat: 0.010 USD per WORD. Please note about that one, because some freelancers before this begged me the higher price than what I required, and it's happened after our deal. I hope it won't be happened for this moment. If you want to bid above 0.010 USD per word, please don't bid, it will only waste my time to review your application. Please also remember that this project is based on trust. I'll let you know about everything regarding to the projects. Here are the qualifications: 1. I'm searching for professional, hard-worker, underpressure-able, honest, on-time, communicable, and also patient freelancers. Why patient? Because, in my past experience, sometimes I had to work with clients who weren't professional. They often didn't pay the work until I brought them to disputes. So, patience is the prime character of partners whom I seek. If you are not patient or meeting the required characters above, please don't bid. 2. I can get projects from my client ANYTIME, please assure me that you can be qualified for this important requirement. 3. If you want to be accepted in my team, you shall have a proven experience, certificates (preferably), good Freelancer profile (preferably; new freelancers are allowed), good attitude (I'll contact you after your bid appears on me to make some chit-chat to know about your own personality), some translation samples (preferably; don't even try to submit your sample if your work was translated by Google or any kind of translation machines, I little bit understand about those languages!) and give me great reasons that can make me choose you as my team.
