Legal Form Translation - English to French

We have legal forms that we would like translated from English to French. While there are some unique phrases that need to be translated, this should be easier work than most translation as there are many duplicate words and phrases across the forms (ex: "Date of Birth" "If you answered "yes" then....") We do not need you to recreate the document, just have the words and phrases translated. We are using an excel spreadsheet for this so that we can have the English phrase in one column and the French phrase in the column next to it. We have included an Excel template with the phrases and words from page one of Form I-765 placed into that spreadsheet so you understand what we are looking for. The spreadsheet we are providing has English to Spanish, but we need English to French from you. We have also included an example of what the original English I-765 form looks like turned into the Spanish form. This is attached as "Translation_Example". This may give you a better understanding of what we need. We don't need you to do this, just copy the phrases in English into the spreadsheet and translate them into French.
