Hello, I would love to get know your project as this is essential to give excellent customer service. I've been living in Mexico (I use Mexican-Spanish) for 14 years and I feel pretty bilingual. I have excellent customer service skills and problem-solving attitude, however I've never worked for a call center. Please keep in mind I'm 7 hours behind Europe. i hope it's not a problem.

I am an xactimate estimator, ex insurance adjuster. Native spanish speaker. I have been speaking spanish since I was born so I believe I can more than handle the language. I have worked among other things as a cold caller and various customer service gigs.
