I have a Patent Document in MS Word document that requires translation from English to Japanese. There are 10 illustrations that WILL require translation. Experience in legal translations would be a distinct advantage. Please note, this is a manual translation, not some computer generated effort. You must be a native Japanese speaker. I am also only prepared to work with individuals, not Translation companies. To illustrate that you have read the requirement, you must begin your response with "Narita". The time frame is 7 calendar days from awarding the contract. Please note: Your first bid is your final bid, not a lead-in bid. IE I will not entertain increasing bids after the project has been awarded and the documents sent. On the other hand, I will not increase the scope and expect you to stick to your original price. I expect honesty and integrity from both parties. Apologies if this sounds a bit terse but I have had bad experiences with this process before. Test task: I have decided to request a sample translation. Please find attached a sample document (270 Words). Please translate this into the required language. Note: I am also looking for attention to detail. As a legal document, it must maintain the layout. Glossary and number of occurrences added. The Hindu-Arabic numbering system can remain. 1,2,3 etc
