2 double story houses with separate living on top and bottom floor with car space for 4 cars under cover. and swimming pool 5m x 14m at rear of property. House to have 3 bedrooms kitchen and living area on all floors. Bedrooms to accommodate queen beds for 2 double bunks in the 3rd. Because of the depth of the block may have to utilise under the front of the house. Trying to get project up and running for my wife who lives in Australia. I am Australian but retired so over in the Philippines trying to get things moving. Land is in Silang on the border of Tagaytay next to Phinma Training Centre. Kabangaan Road.
