We have dxf files of building plans that we need to use to plot various types of equipment on. The successful applicant will need to use CAD to create appropriate symbols (examples will be provided) and using these symbols, plot the locations of equipment on the plan. A legend and frame (example provided) will also be required to be put on each plan. You will need to work from images of existing plans that have had the equipment hand-plotted on them, and using the CAD plan supplied, plot the equipment electronically to match the hand-plotted map. This project will provide ongoing work for the next few months to the right person, however, fast turnaround time will be required for each plan. For example, if a plan is submitted to you, it must be completed accurately and with excellent quality within 12 hours. Set up of the symbols, legend and frame will be paid $30, and each plan completed to our satisfaction will be paid $25. We have hundreds of these plans to complete, so this will be a fantastic project for the right applicant.

Given your original files and plans, we will generate a sheet template with necassary legend and data, and populate the template with each drawing's relevant modifications. We will produce the symbols you need as described and approved, and will provide finished drawing turnarounds as quickly as possible to reach your expected 12-hour turnaround time. Please note that although the .dxf format is intended to be universally imported, this is not 100% perfect. We would like to import a sample .dxf into our system, and then manipulate the file and save it as a .dxf on our system, and then have you attempt to open and use our file as you need. This will ensure that we can successfully work on each others' files. We will perform this test at no cost to you.
