Small 2 storey 3x2 house to be modelled with complete internal and external detail, materiality, joinery, lighting, ceilings and landscape based from a full autocad drawing package.
Sketchup model to be set up with clean layers and groups etc.
Immediate building context and street to be massed also.
Site Project is 31a lawler street north perth.
DA and DD drawing package available on request.
Allow for a minimum of 3 rounds of edits.
If successful, a second residential projects to follow.
I am an architect and this is an architecturally designed small project. Model is required to be significantly detailed and high quality. Timing allowance 2 weeks. Please send exampled of work completed is appropriate.
