3D Architectural Modelling based on CAD plans with .max or .fbx output. CAD attachements for job estimation only, fully detailed plans will be provided for a more accurate quote to selected candidates. Important details: The model is intended to be a gaming asset in Unreal - not architectural rendering. - UV unwrapping required - No furniture required, just spaces and all joinery as per CAD. - No cars required. - Only the ground floor of each unit has to be modelled, not the second floor. - No detailed landscaping needed, just the ground base with driveways, garden beds and fences - Once units A, C & F are modelled, please incorporate into overall block with units B & D (mirror reverse of A & C). - Please provide all units and base as 1 integrated 3D model Please provide an indicative fixed fee and time estimation based on this information. More detailed plans will be provided for a precise quote. Deliverable is subject to assessment by our in-house artists. Successful candidates are able to continue with similar jobs right away.
