Job Description:
I am planning to extend the second floor's floor space of my house about 5 ft. to the front so to be vertically on the same footing as the ground floor. As the result of this extension, a solarium will be added to the master bedroom on the left side, where the original windows will be replaced with a double French doors. Secondly, more space will be added to a 5th bedroom to be converted from the sitting area of the master bedroom.. Thirdly, a balcony will be added to the second bedroom on the right side, accessed through a sliding door replacing existing windows. Lastly, a new bathroom will be added with accessibility from the 2nd and 5th bedrooms.
In addition to this exterior extension, some minor re-modelling works are to be done in the interior. A partition wall be put up to replace the wooden rail to create the 5th bedroom. To access this 5 bedroom, a 32" all-around walkway, with wooden rail, connecting the second floor hallway is to be constructed as illustrated in red in the floor plan diagram of the second floor. In the centre of the house a 3' x 4' skylight will installed, overlooking the staircase.
For this second floor extension, the Project requires an architectural rendering and 3-D modelling with 5 views as tabled below:
1)An Exterior Front View.
2)An Exterior E45oS View with the Solarium clearly in view.
3)An Exterior W45oS View with the Balcony clearly in view.
4)An Interior View of the Centre of the House with the 5th Bedroom Partition Wall, All-around Walkway, Staircase, and Skylight in view.
5)An Interior View in the Master Bedroom looking through the Double French Door to the Solarium.
6) An Updated Floor Plan for the Second Floor.
The Architectural Rendering and 3-D Modelling must be realistic based on pictures of my House submitted in this Project. Some pictures of a Cardboard Modelling should illustrate clearly enough the key components that this Project requires. The 5 views must be in high enough resolution to allow for crystal clear printing in color on letter-size paper and/or PPT presentation.
