-consideration of future space for tennis court / small swimming pool
Detailed information on proposed materials used in Australia will assist further costing.
Deliverables to include scaled plan view AutoCAD drawings (.dgn/dwg), supported by some textured 3d images.
Depending on project outcomes, further work may be commissioned for refinement of designs and additional levels of detail.
Architecture student or qualified designer with sustainable design experience will be preferred.
